How To Heal Yourself And Others…

We were born as miracles with natural healing abilities. 

We may just need to give our mind, spirit, emotions, or bodies a little nudge to release our natural healing abilities from stress and overwhelm.

Take these steps and try this simple 8 minute piece of music to counteract stress and overwhelm by sharing a healing circle or enjoying this music. 

  1. Take a moment to set your intention. 2 or more participants work even better. They can be infants and you can set intention for both of you. You are healers… And you don’t even have to be on the same side of the planet,
  2. Look at our “Art of Healing” Photo or almost anything that helps you join mentally with some form of love, relaxation, or good feeling. Focus on making however you feel better. Think about a favorite spot you’ve visited,  someone you love, children playing and laughing, puppy dogs or kittens. Focus on feeling a bit better that before. This supports your natural healing ability and 2 or more adds power,
  3. Rate how you feel on a scale of 0 to 10. 0 being in balance. 10 being out of whack. You are rating your emotional feelings & focus.Increase your feelings of peace or any other good feeling.
  4. Remind yourself of your intention,
  5. Listen to the music below. (Stereo is best but not required…)
  6. While listening, remind yourself occasionally to go to whatever you selected in step 2 or just focus your breathing,
  7.  We’ll tell you more about why and how this has worked for millions of people in any of its different forms for centuries after you do this for yourself and loved ones,

The researchers discovered that the song “Weightless” resulted in a striking 65 percent reduction in participants’ overall anxiety, and a 35 percent reduction in their usual physiological resting rates. Dr. Lewis-Hodgson stated:

The results clearly show that the track induced the greatest relaxation – higher than any of the other music tested.

Brain imaging studies have shown that music works at a very deep level within the brain, stimulating not only those regions responsible for processing sound but also ones associated with emotions.

Sound therapist Lyz Cooper, founder of the British Academy of Sound Therapy, explains the process of how the song affects the body:

[The song] contains a sustaining rhythm that starts at 60 beats per minute and gradually slows to around 50.

While listening, your heart rate gradually comes to match that beat.

It is important that the song is eight minutes long because it takes about five minutes for this process, known as entrainment, to occur.
